Quick breakfast before training

Can't make it in the morning before your workout but want to have enough energy for it? Here's a quick breakfast that will save you time and give you plenty of energy for your performance.

Try oatmeal, fruit, almond cream with white chocolate, and protein!

Preparation time: 5 min.

What you'll need:

  • 80 g of finely ground oatmeal
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 cup of water
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons HYVE Almond and White Chocolate Protein Spread

Instructions

  1. Bring water to the boil in a kettle and pour over a bowl of oats and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir well, cover with a lid, and let it rest for 1-2 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, prepare fruit to taste; we chose strawberries and nectarine. You can also add a banana for an extra serving of magnesium and potassium.
  4. Place all the fruit on top, and finally, add 2 tablespoons of our delicious cream.
